The successful Headteacher will provide visible, decisive leadership, prioritising excellent teaching, curriculum coherence, high standards of behaviour and improved outcomes, particularly for disadvantaged pupils and those facing additional barriers.

The school is looking for a Headteacher who:

• Holds UK QTS
• Brings substantial senior leadership experience in a UK secondary setting
• Has a proven record of raising standards and leading sustained improvement

• Is legally entitled to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

 
Salary: Outer London Leadership Scale L24–L39 (£95,267–£135,684) + Teachers’ Pension & Health Cash Plan.
