Salary: £450 – £500 per week

About the Role | Learning Support Assistant
- Supporting pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Working closely with classroom Teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
- Encouraging student participation, confidence, and academic progress
- Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation when required
- Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- A graduate with a 2:1 or above in Psychology or Education-related degrees
- Passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with diverse needs
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- Confident, patient, and resilient, with excellent communication skills
- Committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young learners
- A vibrant and diverse mainstream School with a strong ethos of inclusion
- Excellent leadership team and well-established SEN department
