RE Teacher – Haringey – September 2026
 
A forward-thinking, high-achieving secondary school in Haringey is looking to appoint a dedicated RE Teacher to join their thriving Humanities faculty from September 2026. The Role
As an RE Teacher, you will deliver inspiring, knowledge-rich lessons across KS3 and KS4, using data to inform planning and drive pupil progress. Maintaining high standards of behaviour and attainment will be central to your practice.
 
What the School is Looking For
  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are completing a UK-recognised teacher training programme
  • Possess a strong academic background – a 2:1 degree or above from a reputable university, ideally Russell Group
  • Can demonstrate substantial classroom experience within a UK school setting (placements or permanent roles considered)
  • Show clear evidence of structured lesson delivery and measurable pupil progress
  • Are confident operating within established whole-school behaviour frameworks
  • Are legally entitled to work in the UK – the school is unable to provide visa sponsorship
ECT applicants are welcomed, provided formal UK teacher training has been completed.
 
Salary & Contract
Inner London MPS: £40,317–£52,300 | UPS up to £62,496. TLR opportunities available for candidates with relevant leadership experience.
