Key Responsibilities
- Offer day-to-day welfare and pastoral support to primary-aged pupils
- Administer first aid and maintain accurate medical/welfare records
- Support with attendance monitoring, including registers and follow-up communication
- Handle parent enquiries, calls, emails, and visitor management
- Supervise pupils during transitions, breaktimes, or as needed
Requirements
- Recent bachelor’s degree from a UK university and good A-levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working with young children
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy front office
