An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Russell Group Graduate to join a supportive secondary school in Barnet.
 
In this role, you’ll support SEND students in subjects like English, mathematics, and science, offering focused help where it’s most needed. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience for a future career in teaching.
 
Russell Group Graduate | The Role
  • Position: Russell Group Graduate
  • Start Date: September Start
  • Contract: Ongoing (Until July 2026)
  • Salary: £444 PAYE per week (inclusive of holiday pay, term-time only)
 
Responsibilities as a Russell Group Graduate:
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs, including targeted help in subjects they are struggling with.
  • Assist with classroom management and engage students in learning activities.
  • Support students with SEND across all year groups (ages 11–18), offering subject-specific guidance to help them progress in challenging areas.
