SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Lambeth
Start Date: September
Contract: Permanent
A high-achieving secondary school in Lambeth is seeking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive team. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is available on a permanent basis and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
This SEN Teaching Assistant position offers the opportunity to work closely with students across KS3 and KS4, providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to ensure that students with special educational needs receive the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.

What we look for:
- A motivated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Confidence supporting students across KS3 and KS4
- A team-oriented SEN Teaching Assistant who works well with teachers and support staff
- Flexible and able to travel within Lambeth
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
- A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
- A passion for supporting student progress and wellbeing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
