- An influential people leader with experience in managing and inspiring teams
- Fully qualified with NASENCo or NPQ SENDCo status
- Skilled in managing a varied EHCP caseload and SEND provision across a diverse school community
- Familiar and confident in parental engagement, building strong relationships with families
- Experienced in supporting and constructively challenging EHCP consultations when necessary
- Committed to delivering high-quality CPD to ensure all teachers are confident and skilled in SEND practice
