Are you an experienced SEND specialist ready to take on a leadership role in a secondary setting?

 
We are looking for a dedicated SENDCo to lead and develop SEND provision in a secondary school in Richmond, starting September 2025.

 
The Role & Requirements:

• Lead and manage the school's SEND provision, ensuring all students receive the necessary support.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies for students with additional needs.
• Oversee EHCPs, assessments, and targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
• Liaise with parents, external agencies, and school leadership to promote inclusion and accessibility.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience in SEND support.
• National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete it).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
