Theology Graduate Teaching Assistant – West London – Immediate Start

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Theology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a high-achieving Sixth Form College in West London. This is a fantastic role for a motivated Theology or Philosophy graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting A-Level students aged 16–19 within a dynamic academic setting.

Your Role as a Theology Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide targeted support to students who may need additional help understanding complex concepts or improving essay-writing skills.
  • Contribute to the wider Humanities department, supporting lessons and interventions across related subjects when required.
  • Play an active role in the pastoral and academic development of students preparing for university and beyond.
Essential Requirements:
  • A 1st Class or 2:1 degree in Theology, Philosophy, or a closely related Humanities subject from a leading UK university.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping young people achieve their potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to support A-Level learners.
  • Flexibility to assist across multiple subjects within the Humanities curriculum.
