Writing Academic Mentors | About the Role:

As a Writing Academic Mentor, you’ll:

• Work closely with students across KS1–KS5 to develop their writing skills.
• Deliver targeted interventions to support literacy progress.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to tailor support for individual learners.
• Inspire confidence and creativity in students’ written expression.

Writing Academic Mentors | Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A degree in English, or a related subject.
• Previous experience working with young people (in schools, tutoring, or mentoring).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A patient, positive, and proactive approach.
