Location: Greenwich
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time

A high-performing secondary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Manager to support students in improving behaviour, attitude, and engagement with learning. Working within a research-led and ambitious trust, this Behaviour Manager role offers the opportunity to play a key part in raising standards and supporting vulnerable pupils to succeed.
The Role | Behaviour Manager:
- Support the consistent implementation of the school’s Good Behaviour Policy and behaviour systems.
- Provide targeted intervention for pupils, including those identified as vulnerable or at risk of suspension.
- Oversee detentions, restorative meetings, and reintegration support following suspension.
- Monitor behaviour data, contribute to analysis, and support investigations where required.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model and champion for engagement and progress.
- Liaise with families and staff to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour and support.
- Part of an ambitious and research-informed Trust committed to improving pupil outcomes.
- Clear behaviour systems and high expectations across the school.
- Strong pastoral and inclusion teams working collaboratively.
- Ongoing professional development and opportunities for career progression.
- Experience working with young people in a secondary school or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management, restorative practice, and inclusion strategies.
- Calm, consistent, and resilient approach when working with pupils.
- Commitment to raising standards and enabling students to re-engage successfully with learning.
