Behaviour Manager | Greenwich | Feburary 2026

Are you an experienced pastoral professional looking to take the next step or the opportunity to make a measurable impact on pupil behaviour and engagement?

A high-performing secondary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Manager to support students in improving behaviour, attitude, and engagement with learning. Working within a research-led and ambitious trust, this Behaviour Manager role offers the opportunity to play a key part in raising standards and supporting vulnerable pupils to succeed.

The Role | Behaviour Manager:
  • Support the consistent implementation of the school’s Good Behaviour Policy and behaviour systems.
  • Provide targeted intervention for pupils, including those identified as vulnerable or at risk of suspension.
  • Oversee detentions, restorative meetings, and reintegration support following suspension.
  • Monitor behaviour data, contribute to analysis, and support investigations where required.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model and champion for engagement and progress.
  • Liaise with families and staff to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour and support.
