English Lead Practitioner – Enfield – September 2026
A high-performing, Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ secondary school and Sixth Form in Enfield is seeking an exceptional English Lead Practitioner to join its team from September 2026. This is a rare Secondary/Sixth Form Teaching Opportunity for an academically accomplished practitioner ready to drive standards across KS3–KS5 within a structured, high-expectations environment.

• Has delivered structured lessons within established behaviour frameworks
• Can evidence measurable progress at GCSE and A-Level
• Is legally entitled to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Outer London MPS: £37,870–£50,474 (UPS up to £56,154). Leadership scale or additional TLR available for the successful English Lead Practitioner.
