We’re looking for talented Oxbridge Graduates who can:

• Use their subject knowledge to boost student attainment and ignite a passion for learning
  
  
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions in Maths, English, or Science
  
  
• Support both the academic and personal development of pupils
  
  
• Bring enthusiasm and insight into the classroom environment
  
  

In return, you will:

• Be placed full-time in a supportive school setting from September
  
  
• Earn £444-£513 per week while building hands-on teaching experience
  
  
• Work alongside experienced teachers and subject specialists
  
  
• Have the option to pursue teacher training (QTS) down the line
  
  

We’re seeking:

• Oxford or Cambridge graduates (or finalists) with a predicted or achieved 2:1 or First-Class degree in Maths, English, or Science
  
  
• Individuals passionate about education and youth development
  
  
• Prior experience working with children is a bonus but not essential
  
  
• Motivated, subject-driven individuals ready to make a difference
