About the Role:
As a Psychology Graduate working as an SEN Teaching Assistant (autism focus), you’ll:

• Support students with autism in both one-to-one and small group settings
• Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and support staff
• Help create a structured, nurturing environment for students to grow in confidence and ability

 
What We’re Looking For:

• A recent Psychology Graduate with a genuine interest in autism and inclusive education
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable in your approach
• Able to take initiative and communicate effectively
• Ideally confident with IT and has a strong Maths background
