The role – Science 2iC:

• Lead on curriculum development and assessment within a key discipline
• Deliver high-quality, data-informed Science teaching across KS3–KS5
• Support departmental strategy, mentoring and intervention planning
• Drive attainment and uphold consistently high behaviour expectations

 
The school is looking for:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 or higher from a reputable university
• Substantial classroom experience in a UK Secondary setting
• Evidence of structured curriculum delivery and measurable pupil progress
• Confidence operating within established behaviour frameworks
• Legal entitlement to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

 
Salary: Outer London MPS £37,870–£50,474 (UPS up to £56,154) + TLR (Inner London MPS £40,317–£52,300, UPS up to £62,496 where applicable).
