ARP Teacher – Bexley – April or September 2026

Are you an experienced ARP Teacher or a skilled Primary Teacher keen to transition into SEN, looking to play a key role in a newly developed specialist provision within a mainstream school?

A progressive school in Bexley is seeking an ARP Teacher to take a leading role in a developing Additionally Resourced Provision, supporting pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs within a structured, well-supported environment.

This ARP sits within an Outstanding two-school trust and is expanding quickly, with the borough’s first SEMH Primary Provision set to double in capacity by the next academic year.

ARP Teacher | What’s on Offer:

ARP Teacher | The Role:
  • Plan and deliver tailored, high-quality lessons for pupils within the ARP
  • Support pupils’ regulation, behaviour for learning and academic attainment
  • Work in partnership with SENCO, pastoral teams and senior leaders to ensure targeted interventions
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth of the ARP, including curriculum adaptation and provision mapping
  • Champion effective inclusive practice across the wider school community

ARP Teacher | Who We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher with UK QTS
  • Proven experience working with pupils with SEMH and additional needs
  • A practitioner with high expectations and a clear commitment to measurable impact
  • A confident team player able to guide colleagues in best practice within specialist provision
