- Teach Art across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Inspire creativity and artistic exploration in the classroom
- Encourage students to experiment with different materials and techniques
- Contribute to the creative life of the department and wider school
- Take part in the school’s structured ECT induction programme
