We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join our successful secondary school in Thurrock. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as a Humanities Teacher across KS3 and KS4.
- Teach Humanities subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Education as a dedicated Humanities Teacher.
- Monitor and assess student progress in the role of Humanities Teacher and provide constructive feedback.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment as a responsible Humanities Teacher.
- Work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to the development of the Humanities curriculum as a proactive Humanities Teacher.
- Participate in school activities, trips, and enrichment opportunities as an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- A degree in History, Geography, or a related subject suitable for a Humanities Teacher.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills expected of a Humanities Teacher.
- A genuine passion for teaching and learning as a committed Humanities Teacher.
