The Role as the appointed SENCo | As our SENCo, you will:

• Lead and inspire the SEND provision, ensuring all students receive personalised, meaningful support
• Develop and embed strategies that empower students to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally
• Work alongside teachers to adapt learning and foster inclusive classrooms where every child can succeed
• Guide, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding support and interventions
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to learning and well-being
• Champion an inclusive culture where every student feels seen, heard, and supported
