We are seeking a confident and adaptable Art Teacher to join a Secondary School in Greenwich. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3–5, helping students develop their practical and theoretical skills while preparing for GCSEs and post-16 pathways.

Art Teacher - The Role
As an Art Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3–5 that develop students’ artistic skills and creative expression
- Support students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, including those with SEMH, ASD, and behavioural needs
- Prepare students for GCSE assessments and guide portfolio development for post-16 study
- Lead enrichment opportunities, including art exhibitions, workshops, and collaborative projects
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to support students’ academic and personal progress
- Encourage students at risk of disengagement to remain motivated and reach their potential
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree from a UK University
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Work in a well-resourced mainstream secondary school with a focus on student outcomes
- Deliver meaningful, creative lessons that directly impact students’ learning
