- Support the Head of Department in leading and developing the Geography curriculum
- Deliver consistently high-quality teaching across KS3–KS4 (and potentially KS5)
- Contribute to raising attainment and progress across the department
- Mentor and support colleagues, including early career teachers
- Help lead on fieldwork, trips and enrichment opportunities
- Play an active role in department planning, assessment and quality assurance
