We are seeking a confident and adaptable Maths Teacher to join a mainstream secondary school in Greenwich. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3–5, helping students develop their mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities while preparing for GCSEs and post-16 pathways.

Maths Teacher - The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3–5 that develop students’ mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Support students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, including those with SEMH, ASD, and behavioural needs
• Prepare students for GCSE assessments and guide progress for post-16 study
• Lead enrichment opportunities, including workshops, maths competitions, and collaborative projects
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support students’ academic and personal progress
• Encourage students at risk of disengagement to remain motivated and reach their potential

Maths Teacher - Qualifications & Experience

• PGCE with QTS (UK)
• Degree from a UK University
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
