Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

A fantastic primary school in Wandsworth is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in KS1 and KS2 who require additional help with behaviour and emotional regulation. This Behaviour Mentor role is perfect for someone considering a future in educational psychology, social work or pastoral support.

 
As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work under the guidance of the SENCo and Pastoral Lead to implement behaviour plans, deliver emotional literacy interventions, and promote positive relationships.

 
Key responsibilities:

• Supporting children with SEMH needs across the school
• Delivering 1:1 and group sessions focused on emotional regulation
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning

 
We’re looking for:

• A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Sociology or a related subject
• An interest in behaviour support and child development
• Strong communication and resilience
• A full-time commitment for the academic year
