What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and delivery of interventions for individuals and groups.
• Use data to identify needs, track impact, and adapt strategies.
• Work with colleagues, families, and external partners to provide holistic support.
• Share best practice and deliver training to staff.
• Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and high expectations.

About You

• Experience in leading or delivering intervention programmes (education, social care, or community).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire colleagues and learners.
• Problem-solving mindset with evidence of achieving impact.
• Passionate about creating positive, measurable change.
