The Role

The pupils in question display disruptive (non-violent) behaviour within class, so as a Learning Support you will be required to support them and help offer stability in class to ensure the environment around them is as engaging as possible! Work alongside the Key Stage 2 Teaching team and the school SENCo to plan and prepare engaging, fun sessions, and help this particular set of students integrate, develop social skills, and of course enhance their academic levels.
 

Ideally, you must;

• Have previous experience working in a Primary setting
• Be a team player
• Demonstrate commitment, dedication and resilience in your work
• Have the ability and attitude needed to effectively manage challenging behaviour
