The Roles
As an Oxbridge Graduate, you'll be tasked with engaging students in their in-class learning, planning and delivering small sessions on certain topics to enhance attainment, and contributing to the overall wellness of pupils day to day. Bring your subject specialism and be a specialist within that Department, but also manage mild behaviour, encourage dialogue and interactive learning, and work alongside the Teaching Team to target areas of specific learning need!
