- Maintain SEND registers, TA timetables and key documents
- Support EHCP review timelines and prepare paperwork
- Liaise with families, external agencies and the local authority
- Prepare behaviour letters, reports and reintegration documents
- Assist with follow-up calls, letters and meetings
- Update simple attendance records
- Support pastoral staff by preparing summaries and templates
- Provide reception cover when required
- Greet visitors and manage sign-in processes
- Handle calls, messages and inboxes professionally
- Ensure families and visitors receive a warm, efficient experience
- Uphold school routines, expectations and conduct standards
- Maintain a calm, organised presence across shared spaces
- Contribute to a safe, structured and positive school environment
- Support exam administration and invigilation when needed
