- Work closely with students in 1:1 sessions and small group interventions to boost understanding and achievement in STEM subjects
- Provide guidance to students through well-structured and engaging lessons
- Mentor students to enhance their understanding of challenging concepts and improve exam performance
- Help prepare students for examinations, providing guidance on revision techniques and problem-solving strategies
- Work alongside outstanding STEM teachers and Lead Practitioners
